The Exclusive Reserve Room Dinner!

Reserve Room Dinner Two hours before the Fond du Lac Morning Rotary Club’s signature wine tasting event, we offer a very special Reserve Room dining experience.

Our exclusive dinner features four courses of culinary delights, each tastefully paired with hand-selected wines by a new featured vineyard or region.

The limited Reserve Room event is a popular precursor to the main wine tasting. Five fine wines paired with a very special four-course meal.  After enjoying a delicious dinner beginning at 5:00pm, guests then join many others in the General Tasting of Wines from Around the World, included in the price. Many like to reserve a table and invite friends to join them.

There are a limited number of seats available in the Reserve Room and they sell out quickly each year so be sure to get your tickets today!

Appetizer
Caprese Canape
Focaccia crostini topped with garlic herb butter, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, chiffonade of basil and a balsamic reduction

Soup
Greek Lemon Orzo Chicken Soup
Slow cooked whole chicken in a creamy lemon broth with orzo rice and fresh herbs

Entrée
Beef Wellington
Classic English beef entrée – whole beef tenderloin with a caramelized onion and mushroom duxelle wrapped and slow cooked in puff pastry. Served with a slow roasted beef reduction and roasted root vegetables

Dessert
Triple Berry Drambuie Filled Vanilla Cake
Tripled layered vanilla cake filled with a berry Drambuie flavor
