Two hours before the Fond du Lac Morning Rotary Club’s signature wine tasting event, we offer an elite dining experience.
Dinner begins promptly at 5:00 pm and features five fine wines paired with our exciting four-course dinner from regions around the world. Each culinary delight is paired with a hand-selected wine from the region the dish originates. A sommelier will share the history and unique offerings of each wine as you enjoy the pairing with the course.
As dinner ends, a live auction event is available only to those sharing in the Dine Around the World Room. Past items have featured Diamond Jewelry, Fishing Expeditions in the Boundary Waters, unique art pieces, and other one-of-a-kind items and experiences.
Included in the Dine Around the World Room ticket is attendance for the General Tasting room where you can join in the main event and taste wines and beers from around the world! You may also participate in our silent auction, cork pull, and connect with our members, beneficiaries, and sponsors in attendance.
This dinner is a popular precursor to the main event. There are a limited number of seats available for the Dine Around the World Dinner Experience and they sell out quickly each year so be sure to get your tickets today! Saganaki-Pan seared Greek Cheese Appetizer
Spinach Pomegranate Salad-Spinach, Red Onion, Walnuts, feta, alfalfa sprouts and pomegranate with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Served on Dinner Plate-Pre-set Dressings before 1st Course
Surf & Turf-4 oz Filet with Bearnaise Sauce & 3 Sea Scallops. Served with Roasted Baby Reds (these are halved and the very small potatoes) with small carrots w/tops on.
Creme Brulee’-Rich custard base topped with a layer of caramelized sugar, raspberry and mint leaf
